Most often held at designated major venues, a catalog auction will consist of fine collectibles and specialty auctions. Catalog auctions are ordered / lotted sales to include high resolution photos, full descriptions, estimates, condition reports and expansive global multi-media marketing & print for each lot. In order to include as many bidders as possible, a catalog sale utilizes a multi-medium bidding platform through live / absentee Internet via LiveAuctioneers & Proxibid, floor / on-site, absentee and phone. Catalog auctions reach a global collector buyer base.

Sometimes an interested customer, seeing an item of interest, may present an offer to Manor. As an agent of the consignor, Manor has an obligation to communicate the offer to the consignor and follow their direction if they wish to execute a sale or negotiate a private sale.
