VIRRICK OIL ON BOARD MARSH SCENE RUSSIAN 20TH CENT Ernest Franzovich Virrick, Russian immigrant, artist & architect, worked on Moscow University, left for Chicago in 1918 where he worked in projects, died late 1950's in Miami, father-in-law of Miami socialite Elizabeth Virrick, patron of impoverished youth. Oil on board, marsh scene with trees, framed in gilt frame. Overall very good condition with some slight paint loss in corners and edges. No signature. Not examined out of frame. Size: 12.5 x 8.5" framed
